Print labels from a CSV file on a Zebra printer

Guide · Updated

Steps

  1. Put one label per row in a spreadsheet, with a header row that names each column.
  2. Export the sheet as CSV.
  3. Make a label template with a field for each value that changes from label to label.
  4. Map each field to a column, starting with the fields every label needs.
  5. Review the rows with problems before printing; a row that is missing a required value should not print.
  6. Print the first row as a test, then print the batch.

Prepare the spreadsheet

  • Keep one header row and no merged cells.
  • Type each value exactly as the label should show it.
  • Remove empty rows at the end of the sheet.
